Hi, I’m Hesam.

I’m a former software startup founder and DJ who found my place in higher education teaching entrepreneurship and innovation.

In the last ten years, I’ve built 30+ courses and programs that have served 5K+ students. I currently help oversee academics in the #1 ranked entrepreneurship program in the U.S. at Rice University.

What really gets me going is the opportunity to build memorable experiences for people. Much like when you see an incredible performance or go to a restaurant you never forget. Every detail is carefully considered by the people hosting. It’s the thoughtfulness of those moments that spark joy in people, and I find the quest to design these moments fascinating.
