Great Post Hesam! Spot-on. I think this is especially important for learning environments. We need to create spaces that will help communicate the mindset we want to transmit. I have been thinking a lot after reading "Design for Belonging" by Susie Wise, and I think we need to put a lot more energy in thinking how to design spaces that generate a sense of belonging and trust.
I agree, Felipe! And thank you for reminding me about design for belonging - I remember other people saying that was one of their favorite books from the collection. I'll check it out now. ;)
